I'm an MBA Business Analytics candidate at the School of Data Science & Forecasting, DAVV — currently in my second semester, with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) already behind me.

My work sits at the point where a spreadsheet stops being a spreadsheet and starts being a decision. I've analyzed retail transactions to find where profit actually leaks, and segmented customers by recency, frequency and monetary value to find out who's worth protecting and who's about to churn. I care less about the chart being pretty and more about the sentence someone can write underneath it.

  • 4 behavioral segments from RFM + K-Means
  • 18% of customers generate ~48% of total revenue
  • 17% flagged as high churn-risk for retention targeting
